BCL BioGas
Support for anaerobic digestion
Microbial product to support the breakdown of organic substrate in anaerobic processes and biogas applications.
What it solves
Decomposition in a biogas plant takes place in two phases. First, bacteria convert organic matter into simple acids; other bacteria then turn these into methane. Problems with biogas production often start in the first phase.
In practice
Institute of Environmental Technology: laboratory test of the effect of BCL BioGas on biogas and methane production (report of 27 Feb 2017). The result applies to the test conditions.

Dosage and implementation
We design the dosage for the specific facility. It usually starts with initial seeding followed by regular maintenance doses. For a proposal we need to know the type of technology, volume or flow and the main problem.
- You describe the facility and the problem you are dealing with.
- We propose the product and the dosing regime.
- We deliver the product and advise you during implementation.
What to consider before use
- We will assess suitability and dosage for your specific facility.
- A change in biogas yield cannot be guaranteed without verification in the specific process.
We deliver this product to your country with a label in your language, also under your own brand. Packaging and delivery terms will be specified in our offer.
